# sk137753 - Threat Prevention policy installation fails when using custom UserCheck pages

## Symptoms

- * When Domain Management Server or Security Management Server has custom UserCheck pages configured, Threat Prevention Policy installation fails on R80.10 Security Gateway.  

* export INTERNAL_POLICY_LOADING=1 export LINKS_C_DIR=1 TDERROR_ALL_ALL=5 amw_loader -d load -d $FWDIR/conf/install_manager_tmp/ANTIMALWARE/conf/ -p \[policy name\] \[GW name\] \>\& amw_loader_dbg.txt.   

  Debug shows:  

  `configload_mgmt_compile: Failed to run compiler command '"/opt/CPmds-R80/customers/`/CPsuite-R80/fw1/bin/fwc"

## Cause

When a string is configured with newlines and the following characters "//" it causes Threat prevention policy complication error.

Typically this will be seen when a URL has been defined on the UserCheck page.
