# sk137153 - Cannot access certain website with HTTPS Inspection enabled

## Symptoms

- * Connection to website that requires SHA384/SHA512 ciphers fails when HTTPS Inspection is enabled.
* Traffic capture shows that we do not send SHA384/SHA512 ciphers in "Client HELLO" request.
* Bypass HTTPS Inspection rule resolves the issue.

## Cause

HTTPS Inspection requires at least one cipher proposed that matches the website ciphers or the connection will fail. Support for the following ciphers is required:

* TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384
* TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA512
* TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA384
* TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA512
