## Symptoms

- * *fwm* is down and won't start with the *cpstart* or *fwm* commands (sk97638).
* Starting *fwm* in debug mode (running \`*fwm -d* \`) shows the following:
  * CCkpTableMgr::Initialize: db-\>TablesCompleted() failed for /opt/CPsuite-R77/fw1/conf/.sqlite with error 0x80041593
  * Failed to initialize table manager: sRelativeDbPath =
  * Failed to initialize database manager with error 0x80004005 ('Unspecified error')
  * fwm_init_cpmi_pkg: Failed to init database manager with err 0x80004005 (Unspecified error)
  * Failed to init CPMI

## Cause

The file *\<File Name\>.sqlite* (from symptom 2) is corrupted and is preventing from FWM to start.

Usually these files are required in order to start FWM therefore it is not possible to simply "ignore" or "delete" them and proceed to start FWM.
