# sk135132 - Websites take time to load when certain applications/links in APPI/URL Filtering rule base are blocked

## Symptoms

- Website takes about 30 seconds to load when there is a rule in Application Control/URL Filtering configured to block links inside this website and SSL Inspection is disabled.   

Example:

We have two rules in Application Control/URL Filtering with one rule allowing browsing to www.hp.com and another rule blocking the application Youtube with blocked page (order is not relevant). When we browse to www.hp.com it takes more than 30 seconds to load the site.

## Cause

If we browse to a website and parts of this site (other links) are blocked per the rule base, the client cannot be redirected to UserCheck and therefore the browser will try to load several times the blocked links causing a delay to open the original site.
