# sk134872 - Gaia Web Portal connections are dropped with "dropped by multiportal infrastructure" error in the logs after enabling Mobile Access Blade

## Symptoms

- * Gaia Web Portal connections are dropped with "dropped by multiportal infrastructure" error in the logs after Mobile Access blade has been enabled.
* After receiving a certificate warning, page cannot be displayed in web browser, when trying to access the Gaia Web Portal.

## Cause

Both Mobile Access Portal and Gaia Platform Portal are using the same port (443, by default).
