# sk134612 - "ldap Error 16: Overwriting object: No such attribute" error when generating an ICA certificate in LDAP user properties

## Symptoms

- When the user tries to generate an ICA certificate in LDAP user properties, the following error appears:   
`
"ldap Error 16: Overwriting object: No such attribute"
`   
**Note**: Active Directory users are properly displayed under Account Unit in the users tree (Smart Console)

## Cause

To manage/change LDAP users properties (other than the certificate), the LDAP schema has to be extended, i.e., the Check Point schema has to be applied to the LDAP server.
