# sk133533 - QoS Policy Installation fails due to verification errors

## Symptoms

- * Policy installation for QoS policy fails due to verification errors that are all related to the "Best_Effort" object, or other 'out-of-the-box' object that is marked as read-only.
* A new identical package with QoS can be successfully installed.

## Cause

The *QoS* policy generates an object called \`Best_Effort\`, this object represents the remaining bandwidth. It would be used for standard traffic that was not specified in the other rules in the policy.

During the creation of the *QoS*policy the 'Best_Effort' object was not created properly, due to this the information inside the object is not properly configured.
