# sk133452 - MDS import fails to import a Domain Management Server database on a Secondary MDS server

## Symptoms

- * mds_import fails to import a specific CMA database on a Secondary Multi-Domain Management server.   

* /opt/CPInstLog/import_mds.DDMMMYYYY-HHMMSS.log shows the following import failure:

  ```
  
  Import operation started at: Thu Jul 26 10:07:27 CEST 2018
  Multi-Domain Server databases - Success
  Import operation for Multi-Domain Server finished at: Thu Jul 26 10:22:53 CEST 2018
  Domain Management Server Domain1 database - Failure
  ```

* /opt/CPsuite-R80/fw1/log/cpm_for_cpdb-DDMMMYYYY-HHMMSS.elg shows the following errors and exceptions related to the IPS version on the CMA:
