# sk132252 - "Load on Module failed - failed to load security policy" error when pushing security policy

## Symptoms

- * In SmartConsole, the security policy installation fails with the following error:   
  `Load on Module failed - failed to load security policy.`   
  **Note**: The policy installation fails on pre-R80 Gateways, not on R80.xx Gateways.
* fw -d fetchlocal -d $FWDIR/state/__tmp/FW1/ 2\> \~/fetchdebug.txt shows:
