## Symptoms

- * During a policy push, installation fails with "Operation ended with errors" as shown below:

  '/opt/CPsuite-R77/fw1/lib/dhcp.def', line 99: ERROR: unknown macro or function (dhcp_request_code)  
  '/opt/CPsuite-R77/fw1/lib/diameter.def', line 34: ERROR: cannot find (KFUNC_DIAMETER_PACKET_FILTER) anywhere  
  '/opt/CPsuite-R77/fw1/lib/diameter.def', line 48: ERROR: function or table (diameter_code) undefined

## Cause

Lines referenced in the errors are missing in the *fwconn.h* and *traps.h* files in the *$FWDIR/lib/* directory on the Management Server or CMA.
