# sk131476 - "Error creating Provisioning Object: Object Already Exists" message when checking 'Enable Provisioning' on SmartProvisioning

## Symptoms

- * The following error appears, when checking "Enable Provisioning" on a certain gateway: "Error creating Provisioning Object: Object Already Exists"  
  It is possible to proceed to choose a Provisioning profile.
* Pressing "OK" on a certain gateway, when "Enable Provisioning" is checked results in the following error: "Object Already Exists".

## Cause

Corrupted DB. The issue is with the CPMI link manager.
