# sk130872 - SmartEvent's General Overview shows "0 Gateways and Servers"

## Symptoms

- In an MDM environment, the General Overview of a Domain Management Server shows "0 Gateways and Servers". (This does not happen in all Domain Management Servers.)

## Cause

The SmartEvent Correlation Unit does not have the correct log server configured for the CMA displaying the above symptom.

## Solution

Log into the Global SmartEvent server and do the following:

1. Go to the **Policy** tab.
2. Click on **Correlation Unit**.
3. Add or edit the log server for the Domain Management Server that shows the incorrect information in General Overview.
4. Save the changes and install the Event Policy.

Log into SmartConsole and do the following:

1. Open the **General Overview**view.
2. Make sure that the correct number of Security Gateways and servers are displayed.
