# sk130592 - Users are redirected to the Mobile Access Portal login page when trying to access specific sites

## Symptoms

- * If Hostname Translation is enabled and users are trying to access specific sites, they get redirected to the Mobile Access Portal login page.
* Multi Portal Debug (as per [sk87920](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk87920)) shows:

  ```

## Cause

Default portal priority handles this connection as an access attempt to the Security Gateway from External source.  
The Security Gateway treats the connection as SSLVPN rather than ReverseProxySSL due to this, and the wrong portal is displayed from Multi Portal Daemon.  
Users need to reconfigure for proper handling of the Reverse Proxy considerations.
