# sk129934 - The mds_backup size or mds_export of Secondary MDS is very large than Primary MDS's

## Symptoms

- * Size of the mds_backup or mds_export from Secondary MDS is larger than mds_backup from Primary MDS.<br />

* postgres database size is larger on Secondary MDS and pg_largeobject table size is bigger.

## Cause

There are largeobject left from R80 that didn't get deleted and taking the space.  
These files are IPS files that are not used any more and there is no risk in unlinking them.  
This issue no longer happens in R80.10.

## Solution

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing the Hotfix.
