# sk129812 - FWM is down at MDS level  after upgrade

## Symptoms

- * FWM process is down at the MDS level of 525/5050/5150 appliance after upgrade to R80.10, while valid license is installed on the machine.

## Cause

There are two licenses installed on the machine and this creates a conflict. A Security Management server and Multi-Domain Management server licenses cannot be installed on the same appliance.
