# sk129572 - "Failed to extract backup files" error when uninstalling Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator using CPUSE

## Symptoms

- When the user tries to uninstall a Jumbo HFA package through CPUSE from the command line, he/she gets the following error:  

`Result: Uninstall of package Check_Point_R77_30_JUMBO_HF_1_Bundle_TXXX_FULL.tgz Failed`  
`
Failed to extract backup files.`  
`
Check that there is enough free space and try again. If the problem persists, contact Check Point Technical Services for further assistance.`  

**Note**: Disk space is not an issue.

## Cause

The backup files for the relevant Jumbo HFA package under */opt/CPda/repository/* have '**nobody**' as the owner of the file.

Using Jumbo HFA Take_216 as an **example**:

**# cd /opt/CPda/repository/CheckPoint#CPUpdates#All#6.0#4#0#BUNDLE_R77_30_JUMBO_HF#216/**

**# ls -al**

total 451536

drwx------ 2 admin root 4096 Jun 13 14:28 .

drwxr-xr-x 5 admin root 4096 Jun 13 14:59 ..
