# sk127953 - Log does not show some users  when logging in from Citrix Server, on which MUH Client for Identity Awareness installed

## Symptoms

- * Log does not show some users when logging in from Citrix Server, on which MUH Client for Identity Awareness is installed.
* Terminal Server Identity Agent is installed on the Citrix Server and `'pdp connections ts' ` shows Citrix Server IP address.   
  `pdp monitor client_type "Terminal Server Identity Agent" ` shows no output.
* Identity Agent status shows "connected".
* ia_client.log file shows the following error:

  `:ReturnCode (1)
  `  
  `:ErrorDesc ("no shared secret provided")
  `  
  `)
  `

## Cause

Pre-shared secret on the Identity Agent is empty or wrong.

## Solution

Enter the pre-shared secret on the Identity Agent again and re-establish the connection. (This will require reboot of the Citrix Server.)
