# sk127912 - Default interface disappears after performing reset to Factory Default

## Symptoms

- * When additional NIC (CPAC-8-1C-B) is installed in the appliance expansion slot, the default interface information is disappeared after reset to Factory Default is performed.
* ifconfig command show "loopback interface" only.
* "Interface Sync_rename" appeared.

## Cause

This is a software limitation in R80.10 Gaia OS Take 421.
