# sk126333 - Error when trying to open Forensic report in SmartLog

## Symptoms

- * When trying to open a Forensic report in SmartLog, the following error message appears: **"Error getting report."**
* Forensics blade logs\\reports are not shown in SmartLog at all.
* In **fwd.elg** (debug enabled) we see:

## Cause

Another Network object is configured with the same IP address as the Endpoint Security Management Server has been created under "**Network Objects**" in SmartDashboard. When clicking on the "report" link, we are trying to get the Forensics report from the other network object instead from the Endpoint Security Management Server.
