## Symptoms

- * Endpoint Security Client package cannot be downloaded from repository and deployment fails.
* Package size is shown as 0 bytes.

## Cause

***EPS.msi* packages that were uploaded to the Endpoint Security Server have wrong permissions.**

There can be one or several mismatches:

* Wrong permissions and/or wrong group for entire *msi* folder:

  1. Navigate to: *cd $FWDIR/conf/SMC_Files/uepm*
  2. Check permissions: *ls -la*
* Wrong permissions and/or wrong group for folders that contain *EPS.msi* packages:

  1. Navigate to: *cd $FWDIR/conf/SMC_Files/uepm/msi*
  2. Check permissions: *ls -la*
* Wrong permissions and/or wrong group for *EPS.msi* packages:

  1. Navigate to: *cd $FWDIR/conf/SMC_Files/uepm/msi/\<folder name\>*
