# sk125192 - tacacs_enable <Role> command results in "CLINFR0699 Invalid command" message

## Symptoms

- * The CLISH\> tacacs_enable TACP-15 command results in `CLINFR0699 Invalid command`.
* In Management Portal WebUI \> User Management, the roles do not load.
* /var/log/messsages show the following: `ipstcl2: RBA error - permission denied`

## Cause

The **/tmp/features-platform.xml** and **/tmp/features-trigger.xml**files, which enable correct feature operation permissions and commands to assign to the roles, may have been corrupted.
