# sk125032 - Unable to import a R80.10 Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator

## Symptoms

- * Unable to import a R80.10 Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator - importing a package from clish or from WebUI fails.  

* The `/opt/CPInstLog/DeploymentAgent.log` file shows:

* `ls -l /opt/DDR` command returns "`No such file or directory`".

## Cause

DAservice is unable to import the package as it is missing a directory it uses during the import, */opt/DDR*.
