## Solution

**This feature is fully integrated in Mobile Access Gateway R81 and higher.**

### Background:

R80.40 and lower versions of the Mobile Access Portal are not fully compatible with Guacamole Server RDP, SSH, or Citrix HTML5 WebSocket client.

For the R80.30 version, Check Point provides a Hotfix package with these compatibility improvements:

* Clientless Remote Desktop (RDP) and SSH access, based on integration with Apache Guacamole Server.
* Improved compatibility with Citrix's HTML5-based WebSocket client

### Prerequisites for the R80.30 Hotfix:

1. R80.30 kernel 2.6 Security Gateway with the [R80.30 Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk153152&partition=Basic&product=Endpoint), Take 155.

   **Important** - Other Takes of the R80.30 Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator are **not** supported.
2. A dedicated [Apache Guacamole Server v1.1.0](https://guacamole.apache.org/doc/gug/).
