# sk123795 - Cannot create a connection between cluster members on Management Interface

## Symptoms

- * Traffic between cluster members on the Management Interface is dropped due to out of state:

  ```
  
  dropped by fw_first_packet_state_checks Reason: ICMP reply does not match a previous request
  dropped by fw_first_packet_state_checks Reason: First packet isn't SYN;
  ```

* Traffic between cluster members on the Security Management Interface jumps from core to core.

## Cause

There is an issue with the function that drops synchronization of local connections between the members on the Management Interface.
