# sk123737 - Endpoint Security Client gets stuck in User Acquisition when Imprivata is installed

## Symptoms

- * When Imprivata is installed, Endpoint Security Client gets stuck in **User Acquisition**.
* Imprivata's Single Sign-On (SSO) does not work.

## Cause

Imprivata's OneSign Credential Provider does not behave as a password provider and cannot be wrapped.

## Solution

This is not a Check Point issue.

Imprivata must wrap Check Point. To resolve the problem, open a service request with Imprivata.
