# sk123417 - High CPU utilization for "Java" process in R80.x Management server

## Symptoms

- * Continuous high CPU utilization is observed for "Java" process in R80.X Security Management / Multi-Domain Management server.
* Multi-Domain Management Client machine running with RAM disconnects during Global Policy assignment / reassignment / removal of operations, as a result of which the CPM process stops working.

## Cause

A machine with 25-32GB of RAM launches with a maximum Java Heap Size equal to 1024 MB, which is insufficient.
