* UserCheck page is not displayed when tag based VLANs are configured over bridge mode.

  In the above image, this affected hosts in VLAN10/20/30 , while hosts using the default LAN \[192.168.100.0/24\] were not affected.

## Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included starting from:

* [Check Point R80.20.35](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk174683)

Check Point recommends to always upgrade to the most recent version of [Quantum Spark Appliances](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doShowproductpage&productTab=overview&product=512).

**Follow this procedure:**

1. Take one port out of the bridge (this will be a dummy port, and can be kept unconnected).
2. Assign it an IP.
3. In advanced parameters, look for **UserCheck Portal - Redirect Address** and enter the IP of the port that is not part of the bridge.
   (This is a new advanced parameter which should be configured with a local address which is not under the bridge. For example, 192.168.201.1 on the below configuration).
