## Symptoms

- * Objects that are pointed to by an old deleted access policy container cannot be deleted.
* When running "Where Used..." on the target object, SmartConsole display shows "Where used failed" cpm.elg shows: ERROR com.checkpoint.management.appi.internal.AccessPolicyConverter.convert_aroundBody0:583 \[unboundedTaskExecutor-21\]: Error occurred while trying to get the GW xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx WhereUsed rules CpmGeneralException{base='com.checkpoint.management.is.exceptions.CpmIllegalArgumentException: value must not be empty', errorCode='CP_ERR_ILLEGAL_ARGUMENT', errorFamily='null', messageForUser='null', message='value must not be empty'}

2. One or more orphaned **Access Policies**exists in the DB (orphaned access policies are not pointed to by any access policy container).
3. One or more orphaned **HTTPS Policies exist**in the DB (orphaned HTTPS policy are not pointed to by any policy package).
