# sk122915 - Traffic to Internet drops for "Unauthorized SSL VPN traffic" when connected via SNX

## Symptoms

- * Traffic to the Internet drops for "Unauthorized SSL VPN traffic" when connected via SNX.
* The user can reach the internal resources defined in the Native Application in the Authorized location.

## Cause

The issue can occur due to the following reasons:

* All_Internet Address Range object is used by one of the Native Applications in the Authorized Locations. However, that application is not allowed for the user.
* There is an Address Range object that is defined with 255.255.255.255 (as the Last IP address).
