# sk122753 - Capsule Workspace site creation links do not work

## Symptoms

- * Capsule Workspace site creation links do not work.
* Gmail, Outlook and other Apps display the site creation link as plain text instead of hyperlink.

## Cause

Capsule Workspace site creation link uses a custom scheme (sslvpn), but gmail, outlook and other Apps remove the custom scheme hyper link on android operating system.

## Solution

No fix is required; the system is functioning as designed. Site creation link is not supported, however users can still create sites by:

* QR code scanning

* Manually, by typing the server address.
