# sk122537 - Various Remote Access VPN clients with an Office Mode IP assignment from DHCP are disconnected randomly

## Symptoms

- Capsule Connect/Capsule VPN users are disconnected randomly when the session is configured to a specific time: for example, a user might see "Time Left" as 00:15:00 when he/she would like to stay connected for more than 15 minutes.

## Cause

For iOS and Android users, the timeout is calculated by the IP lease duration in the DHCP server. The timeout does not mean re-authentication but, rather, the time left until a new IP must be leased.
