# sk122232 - Customized Threat Extraction UserCheck approve page is not enforced

## Symptoms

- * Changes made to Threat Extraction approve page in SmartConsole are not enforced on the Security Gateway.
* The default/pre-defined UserCheck approve page is still showing to users.

## Cause

Issue is related only to R77.30 Security Gateway managed by R80.10 Management server. Changes made in SmartConsole are not pushed to gateways after policy installation.
