# sk122156 - Disk space issues on Gaia Embedded appliance when running debugs

## Symptoms

- /tmp directory quickly runs out of disk space when running debug on the appliance.

## Cause

Debugging Gaia Embedded appliances is different than other versions, as the main process is **sfwd,**which by default sends its logs to $FWDIR/log/sfwd.elg which is mounted on the /tmp partition, and in most cases has only 20MB of disk space available.
