# sk122096 - In a VSX environment, URL Filtering is matched with "uncategorized" category while Security Gateway fails to validate OCSP SSL certificate

## Symptoms

- * In a VSX environment traffic is not categorized by URL Filtering blade. In logs, it appears as

  ```
  "Uncategorized" ;
  Application name "IP_address" 
  ```

* Debug of WSTLSD usermode process (as per [sk105559](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk105559) - `# fw_debug WSTLSD on TDERROR_ALL_ALL=6`), shows the following messages under `$FWDIR/log/wstlsd.elg`:

## Cause

Virtual System does not have an access to a DNS server and cannot resolve host names to perform OCSP validation.
