## Symptoms

- * Incremental Management HA synchronization fails.  

* The following exception is received on the secondary management server:

## Cause

This is the result of an OPSEC object deletion done through GuiDBedit, due to the inability to delete the object through the SmartConsole application.

After creating the OPSEC object, it is required to edit the object through GuiDBedit, because there is another object from *CpmiOpsecApplicationReference* class that points on this OPSEC application.
