## Symptoms

- * Cannot access WebUI / Gaia Portal after installing Take_226 and higher of R77.30 Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator, receiving `"ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED"` error in the browser.
* Traffic arrives to the firewall, but the firewall sends a RST packet.

* The httpd2 process does not run. When starting it manually, the following error is received:

  `[Expert@GW:0]#/opt/CPshrd-R77/web/Apache/2.2.0/bin/httpd2 -k start -f /web/conf/httpd2.conf -D FOREGROUND `

  `
httpd2: Syntax error on line 85 of /web/conf/httpd2.conf: Cannot load modules/libmod_disk_cache.so into server: /web/modules/libmod_disk_cache.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory`

## Cause

During installation of the new Jumbo Take, we run uninstall of the Take that is currently installed. Sometimes the uninstallation fails to uninstall the current Take package for a specific module like *FW1* or *SecurePlatform* or any other module and when the new Take of the Jumbo Hotfix is installing, it skips this modules.
