## Symptoms

- * Remote Access client connects successfully, but is disconnected every 10-15 minutes. Status stays at disconnected, unless manually connected again.
* *Trac.log* on the client shows "IkeTunnel::TunnelTestTimeout:Tunnel is disconnected !!!!"
* Tunnel test packets to the gateway (Link selection IP) are being dropped from the client, with info in log - "According to the policy the packet should not have been decrypted"
* Client stays connected if there is constant traffic flowing through the tunnel.
* NATed IP is used for link selection, but is not part of the encryption domain.

## Cause

If Statically NATed IP is used for link selection, the Remote Access client will establish a tunnel with that IP address. However, it is not added to the encryption domain automatically, and has to be manually added.
