# sk121818 - Changing VPN configurations on Locally managed appliance fails with "Error 00357"

## Symptoms

- * "Error 00357" is displayed when changing some settings in VPN configuration.
* Output of `vpn_configload --d"` command shows:

  ```
  
  [PID ]@GW[DATE TIME] fwobj_get_myown: no 'own', start retieving 
  [PID ]@GW[DATE TIME] fwobj_get_myown: gateway is not a cluster member, get myobj via my_obj_name. 
  [PID ]@GW[DATE TIME] fwnetobj_getbyname: get myown_obj from the table 
  [PID ]@GW[DATE TIME] <==sfwd_load_database rc=0 
  [PID ]@GW[DATE TIME] <==fwd_reload_database rc=0 
  vpn_configload_mgmt: Missing gateway parameter: tcpt_port 
  vpn_configload: Unable to generate configuration. 
  Unable to configure appliance: 
  Internal error.
  ```

* The "VPN remote Access - Remote Access port" option in WebUI -\> Device Tab -\> Advanced Settings - is either empty or null.
