## Symptoms

- VPN traffic on appliances running Gaia Embedded OS (whether locally or centrally managed) does not utilize CoreXL.

## Cause

Gaia Embedded \[R77.20.xx\] is based on Gaia OS R77.30, which has no MultiCore VPN. All VPN deployments \[domain based, route based\] will use only one core \[core 0\].
