# sk121440 - Clean-up Rule in the Application Control & URL Filtering Rulebase does not generate logs

## Symptoms

- * Logs with Application/Cateogry information in them are not generated even though the traffic matches the Clean-up Rule.
* 'Track' Column is set to "Log".

## Cause

The default Track option is "Log".

The "Log" option shows all the information that the Security Gateway uses to match the connection. At a minimum, this information includes the Source, Destination, Source Port, and Destination Port. If there is a match on a rule that specifies an application/category, a session log shows the application name or category.
