# sk121292 - show-access-rulebase, show-groups and where-used API commands take too long time when called in full details level

## Symptoms

- * Commands like `show-access-rulebase, show-groups` and `where-used called` in full details level take a long time to execute.
* When running an API request for `show-access-rulebase` with a high number of objects, it ends with "`Timeout was reached`" error after few minutes.

## Cause

In a large rulebase with many grouped objects involved, dereferencing group member and calculating group membership can take a long time.
