# sk121254 - Cannot open Microsoft Office files via SharePoint Web Application published in the Mobile Access Portal

## Symptoms

- * When trying to open Microsoft Office files via SharePoint web Application in the Mobile Access Portal, the URL is not being translated properly, even when using HT (Hostname Translation) in the link translation, and the file does not open.
* Using 'Fiddler' to view the connection one can see that the relevant request is sent without cookies.

## Cause

When opening a Microsoft Office file via SharePoint application, the URL is being translated as follows:

`1http:\u002f\u002xxxxxx.xxxxx.xxxxx.xxxx\[...]Frame.aspx?sourcedoc=\[...].ppsx&action=default"`

The "1" in the beginning before the "http" is causing the translation issue.
