# sk121234 - "Failed to fetch file" error appears when trying to view Forensics / Threat Emulation reports on a separate SmartLog server

## Symptoms

- * Although Forensics / Threat Emulation logs are visible in SmartLog, when try to view the analysis report, the following error appears: "Failed to fetch file".
* SmartLog is enabled on a separate management server (Not the Endpoint Security Server).

## Cause

The blobs (reports) are not being forwarded from the Endpoint Security Server to the SmartLog server.
