# sk121221 - In UserCheck Portal, using $orig_url$ within a "mailto" link causes it to get corrupted

## Symptoms

- * UserCheck "mailto" link configured using [sk92710](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk92710), is not displayed properly in UserCheck block page.
* When clicking on "mailto" link, it works as configured.

## Cause

The *$orig_url$*variable causes the link to not be displayed correctly.

## Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included starting from:
