# sk121153 - "There are no allowed log servers, check your log server configuration" error when viewing 'Logs' or 'General Overview' tab in R80.xx SmartEvent

## Symptoms

- * The following error is shown in R80.xx SmartConsole when logged into SmartEvent Server on 'Logs' tab:   
  "There are no allowed log servers, check your log server configuration"
* 'General Overview' tab fails to display.
* SmartEvent Server is healthy and all diagnostics show it's connected to Log servers and processing events.

## Cause
