# sk121121 - Show Package tool (web_api_show_package.sh) fails on MDS R80 / R80.10

## Symptoms

- * When running the web_api_show_package.sh script, users get the following:  

  `Script finished running with warnings!`  
  `Result file location: show_package-2017-09-06_01-06-01.tar.gz`  

* The output file includes an .elg file and it shows the following (failing on "show-packages"):

## Cause

Show package fails under condition where only one policy (Threat or Access) is installed on a gateway.
