## Symptoms

- * "`Synchronization is not allowed: Security Management Servers version mismatch`" error on synchronization failure between Management Servers in HA mode, but no version mismatch is found - CPUSE shows that both members have the same Jumbo Hotfix installed.

* The output of "`cpinfo -y all`" command on each Security Management / Multi-Domain Management member of the High Availability mode shows that on one of the members the Jumbo Hotfix is installed only on CPUpdates module.

## Cause

The Security Management / Multi-Domain Management member which the Hotfix is not installed properly on according to "*cpinfo -y all*" output has a lower build of CPUSE Agent installed.
