* Installation of the same policy on the *Primary* Security Management Server succeeds without any warnings / errors.

* Deleting the SmartConsole cache files on the Secondary Security Management Server per [sk100507](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk100507) does not resolve the issue.

* Deleting the Journal files on the Secondary Security Management Server per [sk112012](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk112012) does not resolve the issue.

* Performing IPS clean/revert on the Secondary Security Management Server per [sk100404](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk100404) does not resolve the issue.

* Reinstalling of the Secondary Security Management Server from scratch and synchronizing it with the Primary Security Management Server does not resolve the issue.

## Cause

The *$FWDIR/conf/inspect_streaming.C* file is not synchronized from the Primary Security Management Server to the Secondary Security Management Server during the synchronization process.
