## Symptoms

- * No connectivity over all VLAN interfaces configured on a Bond interface on Check Point Security Gateway.

* The connected switch shows "`Suspended`" or "`Down`" for the corresponding switch ports.

* Traffic analysis (e.g., in Wireshark) of LACP packets received from the connected switch shows that the "`Partner Information`" fields are empty, i.e., the switch did not receive LACP packets sent by the Check Point Security Gateway.

For capturing the LACP packets negotiation, use the below command: #tcpdump -i -s 1500 -XX 'ether proto 0x8809'

## Cause

In the VLAN trunk configuration on the switch, the native VLAN was changed from the default (usually, 1).

## Solution

Check Point does *not* support changing of the native VLAN.

Delete the custom configuration of native VLAN on the switch side and make the default is configured.
