# sk120333 - Unable to create CMA / CLM on Multi-Domain Management / Log server

## Symptoms

- * Creation of CMA/CLM fails with "`Failed to create Domain Log Server`" error.  

* FWM debug per [sk33208](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk33208) shows:

## Cause

* A previous attempt to create the CMA/CLM failed.
* The folders were created for the CMA/CLM however it failed to finish.
* When it failed the folders were not deleted.
